• Where we ship physical goods: the EU and the US only
• EU shipping: €12, free on orders over €50
• US shipping: €22, free on orders over €100
• Downloadable patterns and kits are available worldwide, delivered instantly at checkout — no shipping cost applies

Returns

• Window: 30 days from delivery
• Condition: unused, in original packaging
• Not eligible: custom or personalized pieces (see Custom Orders), unless the item arrived with a genuine defect — that is always covered under the Lifetime Guarantee
