Made to order is the default. Made to your order is easy.

Every piece here is already made to order, one at a time, in the sequence it was requested — so a custom request is not a special production line, it is just a note added to the same queue.

What can be customized

• Leather color — pick from the available colors, including combinations not currently shown in the shop
• Sizing — card capacity, strap length or lug width, bill compartment size
• Hardware — snap vs. no closure, thread color
• Personal touches — initials or a small monogram stamped near the seam

How it works

1. Send a message through Contact Us describing what you have in mind — reference an existing product if it is close to what you want, that is usually the fastest way to start.
2. You will get a reply with options, any price difference, and an honest lead-time estimate — custom pieces usually add a few days to the standard 8–12 working day queue.
3. Once confirmed, the piece is cut, stitched, and burnished the same way as every other piece in the shop — just to your spec.

Custom and personalized pieces are made specifically for you, so they are excluded from the standard returns policy except in the case of a genuine defect — that part is always covered.
